Risk Description
The cable lacks a cable strain relief and therefore is not properly anchored. Additionally, the accessible wires have inadequate insulation. The product is not protected against moisture although it is recommended for outdoor use. Consequently, water could penetrate the product or the user could touch accessible live parts and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60598.
