Risk Description
The components connecting the primary and secondary circuit are inadequate. Moreover, the number of insulating layers separating the secondary winding from the primary windings is insufficient. Additionally, in the transformer component, the clearance and creepage distances between the live parts and the core are insufficient. The user can access live parts and receive an electric shock.
