Risk Description
The screw-part of the bulb holder lacks insulation and becomes live. Consequently, when putting or replacing a bulb, the user might touch it and receive and electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 60598-1 and EN 60238.
