The product poses a risk of electric shock because:· live parts are accessible when the housing of the luminaire is open for lamp replacement;· the mains supply cable is insulated with PVC which is not sufficiently resistant;· the cross-sectional area of the conductors in the supply cable is not sufficient;· the supply cable is not protected against pulling and twisting and the live cable ends may become accessible.

Risk Description
