Risk Description
This product poses a serious risk of electric shock because the rubber protection ring melts after a few days. The quality of the rubber is not resistant against the high temperature of the bulb (PAR 38). The protection fails and water can penetrate into the product. The article becomes unsafe since the person can be electrocuted by the wet surface.This product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard.
