Risk Description

The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 94.9 mg/kg of Dimethylfumarate (DMF) in the sachets (mouldproof agent) put to the shoes. Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin, and consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to Commission Decision 2009/251/EC.
