Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 25 mg/kg dimethylfumarate (DMF) in the sachets (mouldproof agent) put to the shoes.Dimethylfumarate is a substance which is strongly sensitising on contact with the skin, and consumer products containing dimethylfumarate are banned according to Commission Decision 2009/251/EC.

Ladies’ boots whose upper and lower parts are made of artificial materials. The boots cover the ankle and have a flat sole. They are available in various colours. The boots are packed in cardboard boxes in which there are sachets with the following inscriptions: ”silica gel” ”mouldproof agent”.
