Risk Description
The fireworks may burst or release burning material over an extended period of time after functioning. The user may bring the product inside and it may release burning material in the building. Consequently, this poses a risk of asphyxiation. Moreover, the user may decide to reignite parts of the product, which poses a risk of burns, injuries and damage to sight. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pyrotechnics Directive nor with the European standard EN 15947-5.
