Risk Description
Full body harness has an A-marking at both D-rings of the belt. A capital letter "A" should be at each fall arrest attachment element of the full body harness. The D-rings of the belt were not intended for arresting fall. Using these D-rings as attachment elements in a fall arrest system would cause severe or lethal injuries in the case of falling from a height.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive.
