The amount of the hair dye precursor p-phenylenediamine (PPD) is too high (measured value: 7.9% by weight) in relation to the coupler substances resorcinol and sodium perborate. PPD can trigger allergic contact dermatitis.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Regulation.
