Risk Description
If the harness does not fit correctly the user may slip out and fall. Moreover, the user can become entangled in the elastic band causing strangulation and be injured if the user trips and falls. Bystanders can also be hurt by the handle spinning. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive.
