Risk Description
If the accelerator and brake pedals are pressed simultaneously, it causes a hybrid electric vehicle control (HEVC) reset. This can lead to that the engine stumbles or stalls under specific driving conditions (when the engine is cold, immediately after starting), creating a risk of an accident. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
