Risk Description
The battery management system does not keep the Lithium-ion cell within the parameters for current, voltage and temperature as specified by the manufacturer and the cells lack a thermal control circuit. The battery can catch fire or explode when it is charged under high ambient temperature. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 60950-1.
