Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because inhalation of the starch-talcum mixture may lead to respiratory tract irritation and inflammation. The powder contained within the cigarette is supposed to be released when it is blown into, imitating cigarette smoke. Inhaling, as with real cigarettes, is a foreseeable condition of use.One incident reported.

Product Description
Imitation cigarettes (rolled paper resembling a lit cigarette) with ash at the tip and a standard filter at the other end. Blowing into it releases a fine white powder from the tip, which is supposed to look like real smoke
