Risk Description
Due to improper design, the lead wires in the driver and passenger side door harness could be damaged or cut by the repeated motion of opening and closing the doors. This may cause the curtain and side airbags to not deploy correctly in the event of an accident, increasing the risk of injury. The product does not comply with the requirements laid down in the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles.
