Risk Description
The Charge Air Cooler (CAC) hose may detach from the charge air cooler resonator when the CAC assembly is subjected to high boost pressures, for example during vehicle acceleration. This may cause the engine to cut out without warning and not re-start. One accident reported.

Passenger car. Certain 2013 model year Jaguar XF and XJ 2.0L GTDi petrol engine derivative vehicles. XF vehicles built from July 2012 to May2013 and XJ vehicles built from March 2012 to May 2013 are potentially affected.
