Risk Description

The live parts of the plugs are accessible when the plug is fully or partially connected to a socket. It is possible to insert a single pin of the plug into the adaptor. If only one of the pins is inserted into a socket, the user can touch the other pin of the plug and receive an electric shock. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standard EN 23-57.
