Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the whale's handle contains 20.5% by weight of di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Product Description
Whale set for pool 125 x 77 made of softened plastic in black colour. The set contains also a Frisbee. The packing is a cardboard box bearing the safety requirements, CE mark and indication "no phthalates" in English. There is also marking of unsuitability for children under 3 years.
