The product poses a: - risk of choking because the air stopper detaches when applying a force less than 90N and it fits completely into the small parts test cylinder, - chemical risk because the swim ring contains 29% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and the stopper contains 39% by weight of DEHP.

Risk Description
The product poses a: - risk of choking because the air stopper detaches when applying a force less than 90N and it fits completely into the small parts test cylinder, - chemical risk because the swim ring contains 29% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and the stopper contains 39% by weight of DEHP. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71. According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Product Description
Inflatable aquatic toy with colourful printing. Inner diameter: 21 cm. The warning in Hungarian is not indicated on the product (“Warning: Only to be used in shallow water and under supervision”). The instruction is only in a foreign language. No CE-marking applied.
