The product poses a chemical risk to children because it contains 6.1% by weight of di-"isononyl" phthalate (DINP) and 3.3% by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP). According to the REACH Regulation certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.
