The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 17.61% by weight of di-“isononyl” phthalate (DINP). According to the Chemical Restrictions Directive 76/769/EEC, certain phthalates in toys are prohibited.

Product Description
The fish is made of green, softened plastic with white stripes, a picture of ducks and an umbrella. Sold in a plastic package with a sticky label with the following information: CE mark, "Not suitable for children younger than 3 years." Danger of swallowing small parts.
