Risk Description
The number of handholds does not correspond to the maximum number of people on board. The Builder's plate allows 4+1 persons on board but there are only two handholds. A person who falls overboard may not be able to stay afloat and consequently risk drowning. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Recreational Craft and Personal Watercraft Directive.
