Risk Description
The product is sold as a toy a can be confused as a learning device that should be used under direct adult supervision. When used unattended, a child may capsize with their head underwater and their legs stuck in the opening, and it can drown. The product does not comply with the requirements of the General Product Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 13138.
