Risk Description
The product poses a risk of :(i) electric shock because:- basic insulated wires get into contact with accessible moving metal parts, - the insulation tubes are not fixed, - the insulation damaged during the thermal test,- flashover occurred in the electric strength test.(ii) fire because during the thermal test the product caught fire. (iii) injuries because the instructions for use in Hungarian do not comply with the requirements.The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60745.

Product Description
The product has blue plastic cover with black rubber insert at the grip. The machine is supplied with an ordinary chuck, which can be tightened with a tool. Main parts of the device: mains plug (FY-007; 16A; 250V; VDE); mains cable (H05VV-F; 2x0.75mm2; VDE); switch+speed regulator unit and motor without inscriptions. Technical specification: 230V~; 50Hz; 500W; 1900/2800r/min; 13mm; Class II.
