The product poses a risk of electric shock because:- the red protective cap of the heating element can be easily removed by hand (without tools) allowing possible contact with the terminals,- the heater does not have a cable relief device,- the heater has no earth conductor terminal, - the heater is not accompanied by assembly instructions.
