Risk Description
Due to a failure of the security system, the product can open while under pressure and may propel the lid and contents, which would be at a very high temperature. A user can suffer burns or injuries. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive and the relevant European Standard EN 12778.
