Risk Description

The product contains p-phenylenediamine without coupler components that is potentially genotoxic and a skin sensitizer when in prolonged contact on the hair in contact with the scalp. It also contains “brilliant green”, which is also skin sensitizing ” and not authorised for use in hair dye. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
