Risk Description

The ready-to-use product contains an excessive amount of p-phenylenediamine (PPD) (measured value: up to 2.8% as free base) and insufficient couplers to inactivate its toxicity.PPD is an extreme skin sensitiser and can trigger allergic contact dermatitis. The product does not comply with the Cosmetic Products Regulation.
