Risk Description
The electrical insulation between the primary and accessible secondary circuits of the headlamp's charger is not sufficient. A user could receive an electric shock from accessible live parts. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Low Voltage Directive nor with the European standards EN 61558-2-16 and EN 62368-1.
