Risk Description
The product poses a risk of burns and electric shock because:- The cross-sectional area of the external and internal wires is less than the minimum requirement, and they could consequently overheat.- The wire ends soldered to the terminals of the flashing switch and control unit and the lamps are not adequately protected against pulling and twisting. As a result, live metal parts could become accessible to the user.- The accessible wires have only basic insulation and come into contact with sharp edges of the flashing switch and control unit. In case of damage, live metal parts become accessible to the user.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant standard EN 60598.
