Risk Description
The affected products have nozzles that are electrically isolated from the base of the dryer and therefore not connected to earth. If an electrical malfunction were to occur, causing an electrical component to come into contact with the nozzle, the user could experience an electric shock if he/she touched the nozzle.Two incidents reported of users receiving a non-fatal electric shock.The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive (LVD).
