Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains an excessive level of free Formaldehyde (8.8% and 9.5% in two samples).In addition, the list of ingredients, as on the Product Formula and MSDS provided, includes methyldibromo glutaronitrile (MDBG), which should not be present in any cosmetic products.One incident reported.The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
