Risk Description
The head of the doll can be put in the mouth by a child and it contains Di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP) above the permitted levels (30,5% by weight). According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles, while phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in toys or childcare articles that can be placed in the mouth by children.
