Risk Description

The product poses a risk of strangulation and injuries because of the presence of functional cords in the neck, back and waist area with free ends or the length of which is too long. The product does not comply with the relevant European standard EN 14682.

Product Description

Pink coloured bikini for children of 2 years old. The bikini has elastic, pink coloured cords in the neck, back and pelvis area. The length of the cords at the pelvis area is 27 cm.

About this risk

Recommended action

Who is at risk?

All users, particularly children and elderly people who may be more vulnerable to injury. Infants and young children are at the highest risk of strangulation from cords, strings, and loops.
