Risk Description

The toy can launch the projectile or an improvised projectile with excessive kinetic energy, causing injury to a person in the path of that projectile, with a particular risk of eye damage. Moreover, the gel beads can be put into the mouth and swallowed by children. As the beads expand, it can cause fatal occlusion of the respiratory track. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Toy Safety Directive nor with the European standard EN 71-1.

Gelblaster that looks like the hand of Ironman. The product is red with yellow/gold parts and is made of plastic. Gel beads and safety glasses are part of the product. Product sold online.
