Risk Description
The test nipple screws may not have been tightened and checked correctly when commissioned, serviced or maintained. This can lead to gas leaking which, if ignited may set fire to the plastic control knobs and front bezel. The product does not comply with the Regulation on appliances burning gaseous fuels (GAR).
