Risk Description

The gloves are wrongly labelled with regard to the blade cut resistance: Users might think that they are sufficiently protected against sharp objects and suffer cuts.The product does not comply with the requirements of the Personal Protective Equipment Directive (PPE) and the relevant European standards EN 388 and EN 420.

Product Description

Protective gloves, impregnated, coated or covered. They are sold without packaging, with a card label. The front of the label carries the product name, the brand and a statement to the effect that they are ‘special for gardening’.
