Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because:- the garden torches are not fitted with a wick guard to prevent small children from putting the wick in their mouths and ingesting lamp oil,- the filler cap on the garden torch is not child-proof, i.e. the filler openings, including the wick holder, should normally require two independent movements in order to be opened (a bayonet joint),- the exposed gasket between the oil reservoir and the wick holder contains asbestos.
