Risk Description

The product has an excessive amount of nicotine-containing liquid (16 ml), which contains an excessive concentration of nicotine (declared value: 50 mg/ml). This could lead to the accidental consumption of a high dose of nicotine. Nicotine is acutely toxic and can endanger the user’s safety, notably if the product comes into contact with the skin or is ingested. Additionally, the product labelling is misleading, and it does not contain information on its nicotine content, concentration and delivery dose. As a consequence, consumers cannot make informed decisions regarding the safe use of the product. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Tobacco Products Directive.
