Risk Description
Incorrect material was used to produce the 5A fuse wire. It should be made of tin-coated copper, however, due to a mix up in the factory, stainless steel wire was used instead. Stainless steel has a different electrical resistance to copper and at normal working current (approximately 2.5A) the fuse wire will glow red hot.
