Risk Description
The product poses a chemical risk because the doll contains up to 21.4 % by weight of di-(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and up to 0.14 % by weight of dibutyl phthalate (DBP). These phthalates are toxic and harmful for the health of children, causing possible damage of the reproductive system.According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles.
