Risk Description
The product poses a risk of : 1. fire, because : - during the glow wire test burning did not stop within 30 seconds after removal of the glow wire, - at a temperature of 125ْC the diameter of impress by ball is more than 5 mm (maximum should be 2 mm), 2. electric shock, because: - the plug and socket outlets do not comply with the national system. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Product Description
The product is a white luminaire with marking on the name plate: BRILUM, model REGA 21, 230V/ 50Hz, T5(G5), 21W, IP 20, F and CE marks, and information about the origin of the product in Polish and English languages. It is packed in a cardboard box marked "BRILUM" and "REGA 21", with a picture of the product and a transparent plastic opening.
