Risk Description

The plastic material of the product contains an excessive amount of organic tin (TBT) (measured value up to 36,06 mg/kg). The product also contains an excessive amount of bis(2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), dibutyl phthalate (DBP), diisobutyl phthalate (DIPB), and Diisononyl phthalate (DINP) (measured values up to 0,61%, 9,8%, 0,13% and 1,5% by weight, respectively). TBT is potentially persistant, bioacumulative and toxic for the environment. These phthalates may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to their reproductive system and liver. The product does not comply with the REACH Regulation and the European standard EN 71-3.
