Risk Description
The shape, colour, appearance and size of the product is such that vulnerable consumers, such as children, may confuse them with real fruit. When bitten into, parts may become detached and these could be ingested, with a consequent risk of choking. The product can break easily and small parts can become detached when scratched with a fingernail. The product does not comply with the Directive 87/357/EEC on products which, appearing to be other than they are, endanger the health or safety of consumers.
