Risk Description

The product does not allow the user to keep a safe distance from the rapidly rotating cutter. The arm of an adult could be inserted into the feed chute past the baffle plates with no difficulty, such that the fingers and the whole hand could come into contact with the cutter.The product does not comply with the Machinery Directive and the relevant European standard EN 13857.

Product Description

The product is aimed at the home or small commercial cider maker. It is packaged in a white cardboard box with dimensions 45cm x 35cm x 82cm high, weight 20kg. Fruit is fed through a feed chute and drops down a tube to the fast spinning metal paddle and a rotary cutter.
