Risk Description

The head of the doll contains 38 % by weight of bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) and 0.76% by weight of di-‘isononyl’ phthalate (DINP). DEHP may harm the health of children, causing possible damage to the reproductive system. According to the REACH Regulation the phthalates DEHP, DBP and BBP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles and the phthalates DINP, DIDP and DNOP are prohibited in all toys and childcare articles articles which can be placed in the mouth by children.
