The product poses a risk of choking for children under 36 months because the plastic ring around the cat's neck may easily be detached and the ring fits completely into the small parts cylinder.

Risk Description
The product poses a risk of choking for children under 36 months because the plastic ring around the cat's neck may easily be detached and the ring fits completely into the small parts cylinder. The product does not comply with the Toys Directive and the relevant European standard EN 71.

Product Description
The toy is made of different coloured, plastic, removable rings. It is packed in a clear plastic bag on which there is a sticker in Latvian containing the name of the distributor and a warning that the product is not suitable for children under 3 years. "Contain small parts. Use only under supervision of an adult. Choking hazard".
