Risk Description
The front wheel axle screw is not secured against loosening. As a result, the user might lose control and fall off the scooter, suffering injuries. In addition, the diameter of the holes on the handlebar (6.85 mm) is larger than the specified value (smaller than 5 mm) and shear points are formed at the holes which can cause injures to the fingers. The product does not comply with the requirements of the Machinery Directive and the European standards EN 14619 and EN 71-1.
