Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock and fire because: - screws for connecting the cord are missing, - the screws of the switch must not be used for to connect the supply wires, - the switch must be fixed to ensure against rotation, - the lamp-holder did not pass the ball test; the diameter of impression was 4.5 mm (should be maximum 2 mm). The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.

Fluorescent table lamp in the shape of a toucan. Made in two colours, the name plate contains the following data: LUCERNA, model: L027, 230V, 50 Hz, DZ11W/G23, CE. Packed in a red; white and blue cardboard box with the name of product, its photo, logo LUCERNA and other marking.
