Risk Description
The product poses a risk of electric shock because: - the lamp is unstable and can tip over, - the plastic casing does not withstand heat; - due to a fault in the socket of the fluorescent lamp the temperature of the base may increase causing distortion of parts, - the tube socket does not withstand high temperatures, - the tube socket does not comply with fire resistance requirements. The product does not comply with the Low Voltage Directive and the relevant European standard EN 60598.
